Q is for Quitting

There are times when I have felt like quitting…and fortunately I did just that!

Several years ago I quit being so inactive.

Several months ago I quit consuming hydrogenated oils and unhealthy additives in food.

Several weeks ago I quit giving up on my dream of being a writer.

Of course, when it comes to achieving our dreams we shouldn’t quit. We hear that often and it’s right on.

But there are definitely times when that urge to quit can bump us into a healthier life—when it comes to quitting our negative inclinations. So for all of those self-imposed obstacles and bad habits that have possibly crept into our lives, now is the time to say, “I quit!”
