My Daily Avocado: Sunday Reflection

This past week we talked about foods that are not-so-good for the health of our bodies. Today let’s think about how we can use this information to improve our health and find a way of eating healthy that works best for us.

  1. A few of us ladies were talking about healthy eating. It was brought up that moderation is a big key. We may eat something that is not totally healthful now and then, but if our whole lifestyle is pretty much balanced with healthy foods we probably will be okay.

    I enjoyed your info this week (with the exception of potatoes - I love them and hate to think of them as horrible! :))
